English Shaker Kitchen – Dark Blue and Light Grey – Rugby, Warwickshire

Our customer possessed a passion for innovative kitchen design but was constrained by limited space. Eager for a solution, they sought out a design that would bring together both aesthetics and functionality, two cornerstones of any great kitchen.

Solution

After much consideration and in-depth exploration of potential design choices, an idea took shape: to extend the kitchen into the existing garage space by removing the partitioning wall. This allowed for the incorporation of a central island, introducing an element of grandeur to the room.

The chosen design was a classic yet contemporary shaker style, but with a twist. To accentuate the elegance and create a sense of unity, a bespoke colour was crafted, drawing inspiration from the island itself. This decision ensured that the kitchen did not only function efficiently but also stood as a testament to exquisite design.
